Serve vendors, trades, and the Schuber Mitchell Homes Sales and Build teams in all regions.

Systems Analyst Purpose Statement

Work closely with the Systems Manager to perform daily system tasks that will serve our operations, build and sales teams ensuring the right details, prices, and information are clearly communicated to our employees, vendors, and trades in their region.

Essential Job Functions

  • Foster and promote open communication among Operations team members & other teams.

  • Run weekly pre-construction and post-construction audits to ensure accuracy of all builds.

  • Review and approve Purchase Orders and Work Orders for your region ensuring the most accurate information gets to our trades and vendors.

  • Monitor trade capacity and apply to reduce the amount of trade assignments in your region.

  • Review, and order materials for every home in a specific region.

  • Assist in running weekly/monthly reports to ensure accuracy in our system.

  • Manage material lists, contracts, and all systems responsibilities for assigned region and completely own all aspects of the budget for all homes in your region.

Qualifications

  • Team player: ability to work in a team environment, open to other’s ideas and willing to cooperate.

  • Proficient in the use of Windows operating system.

  • Must be able to think analytically, with the use of math, computers, and processes.

  •  Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to learn new software and use internal builder software.

  • Relational: in order to be successful, you must be able to communicate effectively and build trust.

  •  Self-Starter: ambitious, motivation is key.

  • Inquisitive: always ask questions, you must discover the needs of those you want to serve.

  • Superior organizational skills and time management skills.

  • Detailed: always ensure accuracy of information.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Works in temperature-controlled environment.

  • Vision for near, mid-range, far and accommodation. Hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.

  • Effective communication skills when dealing with co-workers, trade partners and homeowners.

  • Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.

  • Must be able to perform all job expectations safely with or without reasonable accommodations.

  • Ability to lift 10-20 pounds.

Hours & Salary Range

  • 40 hours per week (8am-5pm, Monday - Friday)
  • After hours and weekends may be necessary on occasion for trips or to meet deadlines.
  • Position is not exempt from overtime.
