New Home Specialist

Team Overview: Develop and preserve relationships with current and future homebuyers that generate new Schuber Mitchell homeowners. To be intentional and excellent while adding value to the homebuyers’ experience. 

Job Summary: Serve as the face of the company, seeking to develop and preserve relationships that generate raving fans of Schuber Mitchell. Build a team dedicated to serving Schuber Mitchell Homes’ customers and uncovering their home buying needs.

Essential Job Functions: Support prospective home buyers with a world class buying experience. This is accomplished with responsive and timely communication, excellent follow up, and supportive planning to meet and exceed buyer expectations throughout the process.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Works in temperature controlled environment.
  • Vision for near, mid-range, far and accommodation. Hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.
  • Effective communication skills when dealing with co-workers, trade partners, and homeowners.
  • Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
  • Must be able to perform all job expectations safely with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Ability to lift 10-20 pound.

Hours and Schedule: 40-50 hours per week (Monday-Saturday, one weekday off)

  • After hours and weekends may be necessary on occasion for trips or to meet deadlines.
  • Position is exempt from overtime.
